Memorabilia

Tableware, coins, encyclopedias, processional lanterns. In 1954, every commemorative object was also a declaration of belonging — whoever possessed a piece of the IV Centenary carried with them a fragment of São Paulo's identity. Sartoria San Paolo has gathered and preserves these original relics, witnesses to a city that celebrated four hundred years of history with the same conviction with which it envisioned the next four hundred.

From Archive to Collection

Each piece in this collection tells a story about São Paulo and its dreams. Sartoria San Paolo researched and gathered these relics over the years, extracting from their aesthetics and symbols the visual raw material for the SSP 1954 collection — where memorabilia ceases to be mere memory and becomes living language once more.
