Our Story
A passion that became a craft. A craft that became an atelier.

Guilherme Franco
In 2016, Guilherme Franco left the financial market driven by a conviction: that dressing well is a form of expression. From a passion for Neapolitan tailoring and a unique eye for drape and cut, Sartoria San Paolo was born.
From that passion emerged an atelier where each garment carries the technical precision of the Neapolitan tradition and the personality of its wearer. It is not merely made-to-measure clothing. It is a form of expression built stitch by stitch, by hand.
The Atelier
On Rua Manuel Guedes in Itaim Bibi, the atelier is a quiet space where work unfolds with calm and precision. Hundreds of Italian fabric samples rest on the shelves — wools, cashmeres, silks, and linens selected from mills such as Loro Piana, Zegna, Scabal, and Vitale Barberis Canonico. Here, every step of the bespoke process is carried out with the attention the craft demands.

Neapolitan Tradition
Neapolitan tailoring is distinguished by its lightness, naturalness, and comfort. The shoulder is built without padding — it follows the natural anatomy of the body, lending an ease that other styles cannot achieve. Light horsehair canvas allows the jacket to mold to the body over time. Floating stitches ensure movement without stiffness. It is a style that does not impose shape — it reveals the shape of the wearer.

The Artisans
Behind every garment are hands that know the craft in depth. Tailors with decades of experience, trained in the tradition of hand sewing, devote hours to the quiet work that transforms fabric into identity. From the first cut to the last buttonhole, every person involved shares the same conviction: that the time invested in detail is what separates the artisanal from the ordinary.
Some things are not chosen from a window display.
They are discovered in conversation, unhurried, among hundreds of fabrics and a cup of coffee. At the atelier, time is yours.
