Privacy Policy

Sartoria San Paolo handles client data with the same discretion it reserves for the atelier. This policy describes, in plain language, which information we collect, for what purposes, and which rights protect you as a data subject, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, “LGPD”).

Last updated: April 7, 2026.

1. Controller

Sartoria San Paolo, registered under CNPJ 28.349.558/0001-04, with headquarters at Rua Manuel Guedes, 340 — São Paulo/SP, Brazil, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. For any privacy-related matter, please write to our data protection officer at contato@sartoriasanpaolo.com.br.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to serve you well: name, email, phone number, and messages submitted through our contact, booking, and newsletter forms. When you browse the site, we also record technical usage data (pages visited, time on page, device, traffic source) by means of analytics cookies — but only with your consent.

3. Purposes

Data is used to respond to inquiries and quote requests, schedule visits to the atelier, send our editorial newsletter (when you voluntarily subscribe), improve the browsing experience, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on consent (analytics cookies and newsletter), the execution of pre-contractual procedures (bookings and quotes), compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and legitimate interest (site security and fraud prevention), always within the limits of article 7 of the LGPD.

5. Sharing with third parties

To operate the site and serve you, we rely on carefully selected service providers: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email and newsletter delivery), Cal.com (booking), Google Analytics (traffic analysis), and Meta Pixel (campaign measurement). Each processes data strictly under our instructions and their own privacy policies.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside Brazil, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Transfers occur under the safeguards provided by article 33 of the LGPD, including contractual clauses and the providers' adherence to recognized data protection standards.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described or to comply with legal obligations. Browsing data collected by Google Analytics is retained for 14 months. Newsletter subscriptions remain active until you choose to opt out, which you may do at any time.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies (required for the site to function) and analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), the latter loaded only after your consent. You can review your choice at any time by clicking “Manage cookies” in the footer.

9. Your rights

As a data subject, you are entitled to confirm the existence of processing, access your data, correct it, request anonymization, blocking or deletion, request portability, withdraw consent, and be informed about any sharing. To exercise any of these rights, simply write to our officer at contato@sartoriasanpaolo.com.br.

10. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. No system is, however, entirely invulnerable; in the event of an incident, you will be notified under applicable law.

11. Updates

This policy may be revised periodically. Material changes will be communicated on the site itself. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the document.

12. Contact

For questions, requests, or complaints regarding the processing of personal data, please write to contato@sartoriasanpaolo.com.br or visit us at Rua Manuel Guedes, 340 — São Paulo/SP, Brazil.
